  • We’ll schedule showings, take notes, and consider both the home and neighborhood. Don’t stress—your perfect fit is out there.

  • We’ll write a competitive offer and include your pre-approval. I’ll handle the negotiations and guide you through every term.

  • Once under contract, schedule your inspection and let the lender handle the appraisal. We’ll review findings and negotiate if needed.

  • Complete your loan paperwork and secure homeowner’s insurance. You’ll also get your final loan disclosures.

  • On closing day, you’ll sign your paperwork, grab the keys, and walk into your new home. Welcome Home!
